I Made an Offer

Today I made an offer on a townhome in Burnsville. I hear back from the seller in the next day or two. Details to come...

Which one? I'd assume the one across the street? Another angle I just thought of was the fact that the listing price of the 2 car garage is about $5-10K below where they're selling as where the 14082 is just what they're going for.

I hope you have some updates Tuesday evening.
