The Entertainer

About 9pm tonight, as I was enjoying my patio, I began to hear strains of "The Entertainer." I've heard it, and other similar songs before. In the last couple weeks I've heard them maybe a half dozen times. Always coming from the North-East and at 9pm.

Am I losing my mind?

Not to get technical (even though I am), you are actually north of me, due to the angle of 35E.
